Our signature practice area is the defense of automotive and transportation product liability claims, and warranty and consumer litigation matters. Mediation Services
Litigation can be an expensive, time-consuming and emotionally draining experience for the involved parties. Mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods frequently facilitate more efficient, timely and economically satisfying solutions. Our extensive litigation experience provides a broad and diverse well of experience to assist parties in finding solutions to their disputes. Kent B. Hanson is a qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of Practice, offering mediation services to lawyers and parties in civil litigation matters.

Product Liability Defense
In addition to a nationwide practice defending automotive and transportation product liability claims, we also defend the manufacturers of diverse products, ranging from sports equipment to overhead garage doors.

Commercial and General Civil Litigation
Our practice regularly includes breach of contract, franchise, and other commercial civil litigation, both for plaintiffs and defendants, arising from business transactions and a wide variety of commercial ventures.

Employment Law
Both on behalf of individuals and companies, employment related claims
are a common part of our practice. This includes claims involving officers
and directors as well as employees, ranging from wrongful discharge
claims to disputes arising from non-compete contracts and other
contractual arrangements.

Our extensive experience defending product liability claims makes us particularly well suited to handle the defense of any kind of tort or injury claim, and we do so on a routine basis. Our insurance company clients include State Farm Insurance Company, and others.
